For just three cents on the dollar, nonprofit organizations, religious and educational institutions, community gardens and neighborhood associations can borrow all the landscaping, painting, cleaning, construction, and safety gear they need - hammers, shovels, rakes, paint rollers, drills, saws, and much more.
