Mission: To promote, organize and manage programs that provide affordable housing in order to improve the quality of life in the southeastern massachusetts area.
Programs: Section 8 housing voucher and other subsidy programs that serve disabled, elderly, formerly homeless, and other individuals and families throughout southeastern massachusetts.
client services includes short term, limited financial assistance which will enable families to retain housing, obtain new housing or otherwise avoid homelessness. It also includes providing shelter in different locations for families who have been victims of domestic violence.
subcontracted and other programs provide management, administrative and educational services to tenants and landlords. They also provide consulting services to other housing organizations which are in the process of developing affordable housing.
