Mission: HFM's mission is to create and support community revitalization by providing quality affordable housing opportunities, with an emphasis on family homeownership, through education, counseling development and housing-related services. Homeownership allows families and individuals to achieve a measure of stability and self-determination and to express their diversity of culture and lifestyle. HFM is committed to improving the community at the neighborhood level by developing quality affordable housing and by creating better citizens through homeownership.
Programs: Home ownership hoc provides low income families with decent and affordable housing opportunities through financial assistance and counseling. Homes are purchased, refurbished, and then sold to qualifying families.
