Programs: Founded in 1971, housing development corporation midatlantic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to providing quality affordable housing for low-income people and senior citizens throughout the midatlantic region. Housing development corporation midatlantic is one of the largest providers of affordable rental housing in the commonwealth of pennsylvania and has developed and currently manages 3,661 rental housing units in 12 counties. Housing development corporation midatlantic also owns a rental property in delaware and manages affordable housing property located in delaware and in maryland. Its developments are among the best designed and constructed rental communities in the region. A number of the projects have received recognition for their award winning designs, historic restoration, and programs.
