the house of the good shepherd of the city of baltimore operates a nonpublic educational program under a certificate of approval issued by the maryland state department of education: type i full day, partial day and residential special education and related services program for students with emotional disability in an elementary school (grade 8) and a secondary school (grades 9 through 12), a type i general education program for students in an elementary school (grade 8) and a secondary school (grades 9 through 12), and a ged tests preparation program. The education program ceased operations on 3/16/17.
