Mission: The hospice of northwest alabamas primary purpose is to provide health care for terminally ill patients. This care primarily consists of counseling for the patients and their families and nursing care provided in the patients homes and/or nursing homes.

For the calendar year 2016 the hospice served approximately 124 patients.
