Causes: Homeless & Housing, Homeless Centers, Human Services
Mission: Homeless Outreach Mitigation Emergency Center (H.O.M.E. Center) is a non-profit organization created to assist the homeless and aging with services not so readily available to them. We help with temporary shelter, for those who qualify, food, and many other resources that could possibly help with improving their quality of life. We begin with initiating safety and security by helping individuals get off the streets and into shelter through our Motel program. We continue with one on one therapy with our case manager who advises of any local resources that could be benefited from as well as a thorough plan of progression to help encourage all to obtain self-care and accountability. The end goal for our cause is to get as many of our community neighbors off the streets and into their own permanent home.
