Causes: Health, Home Health Care
Mission: Our mission is to support home health services of dallas, inc. , home health services of houston, inc. , and home health services of texas, inc. , who promote quality health care and related services to individuals as a commitment to meeting community health care needs.
Programs: Home health foundation of dallas, inc. (hhfd) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes for the benefit of and to support home health services of dallas, inc. (hhsd), home health services of houston, inc. (hhsh), and home health services of texas, inc. (hhst). All 501(c) (3) organizations, providing skilled nursing services, other therapeutic care, and related management services primarily to homebound patients in their homes. Hhfd shall support and benefit hhsd, hhsh, and hhst by, among other things, holding, investing and managing assets, properties and funds for the benefit of hhsd and hhsh, who have performed approximately 30,000 home health visits, which included 300 charity care visits and over 6,000 reduced rate visits and for the benefit of hhst performing related management services for hhsd.
