Mission: Development of a leadership culture within school districts that will build the foundation for greater student success. Our goal is to work with partner districts over a sustained period of time in order to create systemic change and structures around the identification, training, development and support of future leaders.
Programs: The holdsworth center is developing and implementing an institutional leadership curriculum for public education faculty and administrators. The district leadership curriculum is a two year program designed for sitting superintendents and key members of their leadership cabinets. After the district leadership program is underway,the campus leadership curriculum will be launched for sitting principals and their teams. The core focus will have three main leadership objectives: teacher development, individual growth plans and campus transformation. The holdsworth center district support teams will assist school districts in implementing an internally aligned system for leadership development.
