Mission: Improving quality of life for children (people) with disabilities through individualized equine assisted therapy. Hold your horses is recognized as providing best practices for interdisciplinary equine assisted services in a professional, supportive environment surrounded by nature.
Programs: Hold your horses (hyh) provides licensed therapy services that incorporate the movement and environment of the horse to create functional outcomes that improve quality of life for people with disabilities. Hyh also hosts educational courses for other practitioners in the field of equine assisted services and provides internship opportunities for students entering affiliated healthcare professions. Hyh follows best practices for all of our service delivery and offers a sliding fee scale to every family receiving therapy services.
