I had placed my relatives, an uncle with dementia and a cousin with autism in the Hofmann Mraz care home. After a month being there, the owner increased the fees even though we had a set fee. And so I notified her that I would be coming to take my relatives back home. She had even refused to let my cousin talk to his counselor or let them talk to me. So I decided to go to Texas and have my relatives come to live with me. When I arrived, she refused to let my relatives go even though we didn't have an agreement. And I had notified her that I was coming and we had agreed on a certain day. And she even called the police and they issued me a criminal trespassing report on me so I couldn't return. So please don't put your relatives in this place. She will try to keep them illegally.

Causes: Human Services, Residential Care & Adult Day Programs
Mission: To provide a safe environment for those who cannot care for themselves and service their needs.
Programs: 15 residents reside at the facility at any one time, however we have served a total of 20 residents through the course of the year 2017; continued to upgrade our daily on-hand food supply; completed remodel inside of 1407 including new flooring, painted inside; remodeled inside of 1405 with new drywall and paint in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway; put new siding on both houses including gutters.
