Mission: Hithergreen senior center of centerville/washington twp operates & maintains a senior citizen center which serves as a community focal point for programs & services that nurture and support older adults.
Programs: There were 1509 members who participated in 125 different hithergreen activities during 2014. The average daily participation rate was 270 people. Hithergreen services nurtured and supported older adults by giving them opportunities to meet new friends, maintain their health and vitality, continue learning, remain active in the community and share their talents and interests. The benefit of these opportunities was the maintenance or improvement of physical, psychological, intellectual and spiritual health.
