rental properties- hcdc owns and manages 43 affordable rental units in scattered sites throughout rural hampshire county, 15 of which are for seniors. Hilltown cdc actively pursues opportunities to create or renovate affordable rental housing units for all low to moderate income area residents.
housing development - hilltown cdc strives to increase the number of affordable rental and owner occupied housing units in the hilltowns. It does this through seeking grants to fund purchase and renovation projects.
