Causes: Agricultural Programs, Food
Mission: To introduce the elementary school children of highlands county to the county's local agriculture through a hands on interactive experience.
Programs: A three day program in which 500 3rd graders of highlands county are able to have a hands on experience of the county's local agriculture. Children spend 20 minutes at 14 different commodity stations, which include alligators, beef, bees, caladiums, citrus, dairy, farm animals, forestry, grapes, ornamental horticulture, poultry, strawberries, water & soil conservation and vegetables.
