Mission: The organization ("hbp") serves as the management corporation for the highlands business improvement district. Hbp was established in 1999 for the purpose of serving as the management and financing tool used by local commercial stakeholders and businesses to provide specialized services such as physical improvements, security, special events, holiday lighting, area marketing, and business promotion.
Programs: The program service accomplishments generate in excess of $100,000 in revenue. Driving foot-traffic of approximately 100,000 people to the highlands business district annually. The highland business partnership, inc. Manages and oversee various improvements to the district including shop local, destination marketing, digital media marketing, special events, decorations and landscaping fundraising, creation and distribution the highland's visitor guide and rack cards as well as economic development.
