Causes: Food, Meals on Wheels
Mission: Highlands area meals on wheels mission is to provide prepared and delivered meals to the sick, aged, infirmed and others in the servicing area who are not capable of providing meals for themselves.
Programs: Enlist individuals in the community to purchase, prepare & deliver meals to the sick, aged, infirmed and others not capable of providng meals for themselves. The funds necessary to accomplish this purpose are solicited through churches and local groups in the local area, together with monies collected from program recipients of the meals provided should they be able to pay a minimal charge.
