Mission: Mission is to reduce, prevent and end domestic and sexual violence by offering emergency services, comprehensive interventions and educational programs in our schools and communities.
Programs: The crisis center provides shelter, protection, advocacy, outreach, and in-house counseling, and assistance in re-establishing personal safety and social stability for all individuals who are victims of domestic violence, abuse, or sexual assault. The crisis center primarily serves 4 counties in texas - burnet, blanco, llano, and lampasas. From september 1, 2016 to august 31, 2017 the crisis center sheltered 153 new people, of which 115 were women and 38 were children. The center provided non-residential services to 1,301 people. 2,954 calls were received. There were 40 new sexual violence cases.
