I have known Erin from a very young age and always admired her passion and gift for horses and working with challenged
Kids.
I have been watching Erin through her journey, and when Erin kick started Hand, Hoof and Heart a non profit program providing riding lessons/experiences for challenged children and young adults, I had to visit her farm to learn first hand
the amazing program Erin offers.

I met other eager volunteers and for a few hours we trained with the horses and the dedicated and welcoming staff, to become the back bone of this organization - volunteers and donors. Volunteers are matched each lesson with a student and trainer, and are integral components of the lesson.

A few hours later, my daughter and I left the farm amazed and with a whole heart.

We are excited to come volunteer again very soon.

Experienced, calm and safe are three words I would use to describe Hand, Hoof and Heart.
Erin is a calm and knowledgeable equestrian with a love for helping all ages find balance and independence in horse back riding and life.
The facility is clean and organized to help both equine and rider complete tasks safely. The facility is always on time and professional in all situations to protect both horse and rider.
I think my favorite thing about Hand, Hoof and Heart is that lessons can vary in focuses. They offer mounted and unmounted lessons. This can vary from western, english, jumper and dressage! Unmounted lessons vary from equine anatomy, sciences and ground work or liberty! There is always something to learn.
They offer volunteer spots to those who wish to come and help with lessons or chores. There is something for everyone here. I recommend it to everyone!
Great for kids and parents to take a step back from busy life and being present at the farm.

We have been part of Hand, Hoof and Heart for four years. When we joined, my daughter had just faced a devastating loss. I am so grateful we found Erin and her organization. It has given my daughter the confidence to face her fears and has helped her heal and grow. Erin treats the kids like her own and always there for them.

The Hand, Hoof and Heart therapeutic lesson program has developed into not only serving the special needs community, but also providing therapeutic recreation to children, teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression and low self esteem. They put an emphasis on promoting inclusivity, providing opportunities for the community to get involved and building a volunteer program that encourages involvement with the special needs community. Erin Chimberoff, the founder and owner, is extremely passionate about her program, her students and her community. She is consistently developing new and creative programs that bring the community together always thinking of her students first. She promotes inclusivity and provides an incredibly nurturing and safe environment. She is a true gem in this field and strives every day to make her program top notch! We are fortunate to have this program available in metro Atlanta.

I was so impressed to see what Erin has created. Since she was a young child, she always loved horses and has now taken that passion into a wonderful, peaceful, little piece of heaven, while bringing joy and caring for so many!

I've been following this program since its inception. Finally at its forever home, this program is situated on a beautiful farm just outside of the perimeter in Atlanta. It's like being in the country without having to drive a huge distance. The staff is friendly, fun-loving and patient. The clients are clearly excited to be there to ride, learn and see all the animals. I love this place!

It takes all of two minutes of walking around the HHH barn to know this is an atmosphere anyone would feel comfortable in. The staff and volunteers are welcoming and friendly. You expect a client riding a gentle horse to be happy, but the joy I saw on their faces as they also brushed down the horses and did other chores was a pleasant surprise. It's clear everyone feels privileged to be here and they enjoy the hard work it must take to keep everything flowing with such calm. Really cool to hop off the interstate and five minutes later be in a quiet slice of country with fruit trees, trails, and a warm supportive community. I didn’t want to leave!

Excellent facility w great programs for kids w special needs. These kids light up like christmas when they interact with the horses, but please dont forget Alf the pig and new goats. Erin is a gift to these children and their parents. I still remember everthing I learned about horses when working w them in my college days, and I'm old. These kids will remeber their time at H H H for the rest of their lives.
