Mission: In compliance with the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, HelpingHand Training Inc. was founded in 2010 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that builds computer literacy within low-income individuals to improve their employment opportunities. Our mission involves training individuals in Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Networking and Web Services. These are basic yet highly desirable skills in today’s information technology workforce. Our far-reaching goals will encompass • Economic Empowerment • Education • Human Rights • Pursuit of Science and Technology We will implement key performance measures for HelpingHand Training Inc. • Development of annual budget • Close monitoring of budget variances • Success rate of our students in Microsoft professional examinations • Teaching staff qualifications • Development of risk and mitigation plans
