Programs: Crisis intervention including direct assistance to families of victims of domestic violence in the form of shelter, food, clothing, education and support. For the 2014-2015 year, helping hands: provided 4036 safe nights for women and their children answered 135 crisis calls provided 2928 follow-ups with survivors assisted 19 women at the emergency room created 158 safety plans
