Mission: To improve the end-of life experience for our patients and their families by providing compassionate care to achieve comfort, dignity, and harmony.
Programs: To provide free assistance to individuals who are in need of transportation to make medical appointments. The main target is cancer patients; although transportation services are provided to others in need of medical care. The transportation begins in the thermopolis/lander/riverton areas of wyoming, transporting patients(approx. 5/day) to the wyoming medical center in casper, wyoming (approx. 130 miles away. )
to provide management services to a medical care facility for individuals who are terminally ill.
to provide medical assistance to those individuals who do not have the means to pay for the required services.
