We provide critical incident debriefings, generally done as the need arises. We attend all suicide calls, and as a service to the officer, follow up with the families and friends. This follow up sometimes lasts for months. We also hosted a breakfast and lunch bar when the ravalli county sheriff office sponsored 3 separate critical incident training events which were open to law enforcement and the mental health community. For our sworn officers we host a 2 day event called glock day. This allows all officers to have their equipment inspected and repaired by professionals at no charge. It also provides an oopportunity to purchase their gear and uniforms at a reduced price by the vendors who come to the event. We also host a shooting match for the sworn officers with awards given to the winning agency. We provide a firearms safety & instruction class for the women who attend. We host a bbq both days of the event. This event served 250 people this year. This has always been a free event for the participants.
