Programs: Base program - addresses the health and wrap-around service needs of pregnant women, interconception women and children birth to three at risk for poor birth or health outcomes; promotes healthy pregnancies and improved birth outcomes which lead to normal growth and development.
medicaid waiver - outreach activities to encourage healthy start screening and assist in assuring the eligile women and chilren birth to age three have access to needed health and support services at an increased level of intensity and duration.
