Programs: Educational resources coordinated a major launch of our principles and choices high school pro- life curriculum to all catholic high schools, influencers in diocesan offices, and bishops/archbishops/cardinals in every us diocese. Included personal travel, print advertising, radio advertising, interviews, mass mailings, mailing of product samples, eblasts, emails, and personal phone calls. Completed a new dvd resource on the "four levels of happiness. " p&c website received several facelifts and improvements, including a new shopping cart. Our p&c materials were purchased for implementation in: san antonio, seattle, santa rosa, charlotte, newark, hartford, anchorage, st. Cloud, birmingham, philadelphia, harrisburg, los angeles, great falls - billings. Toledo, and saint paul and minneapolis. Administered our annual respect life sunday program that offers a toolkit of free materials for churches, including a six-minute pulpit script (english and spanish), information flyers, church bulletin inserts, and presentation tips. People in the pews are educated with a positive pro-life message, and then encouraged to fill out a card to receive free htc materials they can use to educate others. Reached approximately 75,000 people across the nation through this venue. Facilitated requests for resources from over 300 churches, schools, organizations, small groups, families, and individuals, inside and outside the u. S.
communication managed a youtube channel, facebook page, and twitter account to deliver pro-life message. Delivered a monthly educational print newsletter to over 600 subscribers. Sent regular e-newsletters to over 5,000 individuals on our opt-in email list. Created new enewsletter to over 2,000 subscribers, for teachers and religious educators interested in principles and choices. Radio and print interviews reached over 60,000 people.
events co-sponsored a large conference to train over 100 pro-life young adults in the seattle - tacoma area. Trained at conference for california diocesan pro-life leaders in santa cruz (30 attendees). Spoke at: national conference for women in seattle (100); youth for life gathering (25); pro-life conference in vancouver, canada (600); nacflm conference in st. Louis (100); usccb diocesan pro-life conference in boston (200); eastside catholic high school in-service teacher training (6); teacher excellence days in seattle (80); knights of columbus event in oak harbor (300); exhibit booths at: diocese of sacramento ministry days conference (reached 400); ocea conference in ohio (250); completed four life principles academies, training a total of 173 pro-life adults in how to teach our curriculum. Most participants were teachers, home school parents, religious educators, or pro-life leaders.
