dysfunctional , self serving , no transparency these are the words that best describe a handful of people that have appointed themselves to the board of directors of the Hawaiian acres association. there are approximately 4000 lots in the subdivision yet only about 200 owners have given money to the organization. meetings are never announced , and there are no recorded minutes of the meetings . the non profit status should be taken away , the building should be closed up and placed into a trust .
