I have been attending Harvest for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it!! Harvest is an amazing church with the most amazing volunteers and staff who make the church feel like home. I couldn't be happier to call Harvest my church!
Harvest Outreach is currently developing the historic REX Theatre in my downtown community. I'm excited that they've invested in this local landmark and will be using it to bring a positive influence to downtown Pensacola. Once completed the REX will house family-friendly events that all of Pensacola can enjoy. In addition, for the first time in its history, the REX will be handicap accessible. I volunteer at Harvest most Sundays and am looking forward to enjoying many more at the REX.
Harvest outreach is a multifaceted church. They desire to help. I have been a part of Harvest for 12 years and the amount of love and concern the people of this church have for others continues to grow. Harvest in the Rex is going to be one of ,if not the best thing to happen to the downtown area.
I have been volunteering with Harvest Church for over 3 years now. Harvest truly has a heart for the community. They are deeply involved in improving and serving Pensacola through opportunities like providing meals for the homeless twice a month with Loaves and Fishes. They also provide free family fun at gallery night and much more. I am so excited about the project that is taking place in the heart of downtown as Harvest Church restores the historic Rex Theatre! The life that it will bring to the downtown district is unimaginable! So grateful for Harvest and their heart, because of this wonderful group of people our family is forever changed!
Harvest Outreach is the umbrella organization for both a non-denominational church and a long-abandoned historic theatre that the organization is renovating/restoring in downtown Pensacola, Fla., The REX. I have been associated with Harvest Church for almost three years, and have watched the commitment of its pastors to the local community. What an awesome undertaking--to purchase a building that sat empty for decades, and to bring it to life as a site for not only church services for its growing church family, but for small-scale theatre, music concerts, family movie nights and other family-friendly events. In my observation, Harvest Outreach takes care to run a lean operation, avoid debt and spend thoughtfully and carefully any funds entrusted to it.
