Harvest House is truly a place where people can find the support to believe in themselves again, take control of their lives, and feel loved.
Some of the programs they offer support families and young adults experiencing homelessness, addiction recovery, and emergency shelter, and they also have a food pantry that supports 200+ people from our community, on a weekly basis, and they have been doing all this for 30+ years.

Mission: Our mission is to champion hope and transform lives through supportive and affordable housing, addiction recovery programs, and food security. Our vision is to ignite a revolution, compelling individuals to live beyond fear into their best life, fulfilling their destinies. Here, participants will move from fear and anxiety to confidence and freedom. We want to be the last transitional center an individual or family enters. Our model is the standard for serving members of our community who are working to rebuild their lives. We believe that affordable and supportive housing programs improve economic status, revitalize neighborhoods, and stabilize lives for generations to come.
Results: 78% of clients exited to permanent or temporary stable housing upon exit in 2021. 83% of those who moved into stable housing were still housed after one year and 77% were still housed after two years. In 2021, 116,781 bed nights were provided 86% of clients were employed upon exit Average stay in supportive housing – 142 days (about 4 and a half months) Average number of clients served in housing daily in 2021: 320 231 children were served in 2021
Target demographics: Families, and young adult experiencing or at risk of homelessness, and men and women with a history of incarceration and substance abuse.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 116,781 bed nights provided, 911 clients served, 242 children ages 0 to 15 were not homeless because of Harvest House, 134 parents & children on emergency shelter, 37 young adults in short-term transitional housing, 13 young adults in long term transitional housing, 579k pounds of food were distributed to our clients and the community.
