Mission: To provide young people and their families information and experiences with harness horses in order to foster the next generation of fans and participants.
Programs: Provide scholarships to students pursuing higher education and supply awards to young people participating in youth programs, both equine and general.

distribute educational harness racing literature to organizations, individuals, trade shows and conferences. Develop, produce and distribute videos, booklets, and other printed literature about equine and harness racing careers.
plan, coordinate, organize, administer and disperse details relating to all phases of education programs (camps, scholarships, careers, printed materials, etc. ) to appropriate persons and organizations.
