Causes: Human Services, Residential Care & Adult Day Programs
Mission: Provides residential psychiatric and psychological services to emotionally-disturbed young women ages 13 to 21.
Programs: Residential students receive a myriad of services including therapeuticrecreation and supervised field trips, 24 hour supervision whichincludes 3 overnight staff. Recreation also includes a horse, gardenand green house programs/activities. These activities are planned andlead by group life counselors who are often college graduates who aresupervised by our residential director who is a lmsw. Residentialstudents are seen regularly by our psychiatrist for medicationmanagement and supervision of their treatment. Services also includenursing for administering of meds, routine health matters andemergencies. Harmony heights provides a safe and nurturing environmentto all residents.
