Causes: Mental Health, Mental Health & Crisis Intervention
Mission:
To improve the quality of life of the people we serve by providing comprehensive, effective and efficient mental health and addiction services.
Programs: HHSI provides a wide range of comprehensive psychiatric and substance abuse treatments. Treatment routinely includes assessment, diagnosis, prescription and administration of psychotropic medications, group and individual therapy, psycho-education, and reviews of medical health history. Individualized recovery plans are developed in collaboration with the client to address presenting problems and design a plan of action to achieve goals. These plans are reviewed and updated regularly throughout the client’s recovery process. Crisis evaluations are performed as needed. Clinical programs include:
- Clozaril Clinic
- Co-occuring disorders
- Substance abuse
- Intensive outpatient treatment
- 24-hour crisis services
- Jail diversion
- Tobacco cessation
- Primary care
