Causes: Food, Food Programs
Mission: Harbor Dish donates food to non-profits in the Tampa Bay area, empowering our communities one meal at a time. Harbor Dish transforms donated food into refined cuisine and serves 20+ nonprofits that offer services for the at-risk and homeless, the underserved and impoverished, domestic abuse recovery, human trafficking recovery, home bound seniors, chronically ill and veterans. Community is enriched when people come together for a common good. Our patrons include those who need a hand up and those who are inspired by getting involved. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their unique talents and ideas and to be actively involved in the success of our mission. The HarborDish is a 501(c)3 organization that depends on the generous time and talents donated by the community.
Results: Last year we donated 180,430 pounds of food out to our community and other nonprofits. We had the help of volunteers, putting in over 14,272 volunteer hours.
