Mission: To provide for the management and stewardship of natural open space areas, wildlife and wetland preserve, riparian quarters and other areas of biological resources.
Programs: Provided for the management and stewardship of natural open space areas, wildlife and wetland preserve, riparian quarters and other areas of biological resources. Conducted management activities on all preserves. These included inspection of preserve lands, fences, and gates. Monitoring of endangered plant populations and minor maintenance (trash cleanup) occurred on some preserves. In addition, coordination with land owners regarding construction activities on adjacent parcels was undertaken.
