Mission: To build decent affordable housing in partnership with families in need and our communities. To make adequate housing a matter of conscience and action for everyone.
Programs: Builds homes, whose size averages 1,100 square feet, which are then sold to individuals at no profit, utilizing a non-interest bearing 20 year mortgage. In exchange, the families are required to contribute 300 hours of "sweat equity" towards the construction of their home and other projects.
