Hi, When I 1st started to work for Guirwin, I thought they were the best home care. Not only because they offer some great benefits, also because of the kindness of some staffs members like a former employee Beverly ,Nancy ,Judy .I have given them 5 5tars which was a mistake . At the end they don’t even worth it the most I can give them is 2 stars because of the pension plan the company offers. The service their coordinators provide is really terrible . Not only they don’t return phone calls they don’t even care if you work or not. As a great worker that I am, clients always has to say great things about me. Alan take me of a case for not a valid raison it has been months now .I never get a replacement if they do it is always hospice when they discontinued and I have to wait for a while now Alan is back is the same thing . All my coordinators are doing the same thing if you don’t call they don’t bother to call you. After I got tired of calling I stop and I receive a letter stating that they have work for me if I don’t call they will get me out of the system . Then I call nothing happen . Finally one of the coordinators put me in ta situation where I have to cancel church activities and cancel family affair to cover for a last minute 3 days sleeping in James town also fare but to show good faith i accept to go , thinking she will give me something steady and it is now about a month she does not even bother to call me. Last week Allan call me about a case although fare from me I say yes I will take it because I am so behind on my bills. He said he will get back to me the next day still now 2 weeks he never did. I feel really embarrassed to be calling all the time especially when I call , I can even talk to them sometimes and when Nancy has to ask ‘Wand do you want , do you need a case ‘ and this is more embarrassing and I decide not to call them. I was that patient because of the benefits the company offers but at this point I don’t really care any more because these coordinators don’t represent Guirwin well and it is an embarrassment and they are disrespectful and they don’t care about how much effort you do to satisfy the patient . They don’t tell you bad words or attitude but the way they ignore you they make you feel like you are no value and thanks God I am who I am they won’t change me
I sure you can get more bar feed back but people are just afraid for them to be out of the system that is why but a lot of the employees are. not happy by their behavior
