Mission: Gulfstream goodwill industries, inc. Assists people with disabilities and other barriers to employment to become self-sufficient, working members of the community.
Programs: Employment programs, general/other: retail operations and transportation - employs approximately 1,000 people and many disabled graduates of our training programs are employed in this function.
homeless shelter programs: homeless residential program - provides transitional housing and support services to adult homeless and disabled individuals with a goal of participants gaining economic independence. (9,083 served)
labor programs: job training and supported employment at integrated community sites such as hospitals, distribution centers, state and federal set aside contracts, retail and facility based in our four employment and training centers for persons who have a disability. Expenses include participant wages, trainers' wages, and program related expenses. (288 served)
