The Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit created to help Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, a 125-bed not-fot-profit community hospital, jointly owned by the City of Seguin and Guadalupe County, located in central Texas. All gifts are used to fund enhancements of patient care and services such as our Prescription Assistance Program for those who cannot afford medications, nursing scholaships, and upgrades to equipment and technology. Unlike most community hospitals which receive a portion of their operating revenues from local taxpayers through a hospital district tax, GRMC is funded primarily through patient revenues and charitable contributions.
