As a parent, teacher, and friend of co-founder Julie Penshorn, I have been privy
to some of the drafts of the children's books that are underway. I am so
excited to see them in print! Not only are they a fun read, but the
illustrations are professional and pull at the heart strings. The
content is educational without being "teachery" and the experience is
empowering and joyful. I highly recommend this work.

Growing Communities for Peace shared their insights and expertise with
me and it greatly improved my classroom dynamics. Now my children talk
to each other before they dig in their heals and make their problem a
big deal. They love singing the peacemaking music, too!
