Programs: National youth program: groundwork usa meets youth in marginalized communities "where they are and grows a community of passionate young community and environmental leaders through a program that combines paid employment, environmental education, job training and leadership development.
network capacity building: groundwork usa helps build the capacity of locally based groundwork trusts and strengthens a network in which they learn from and support one another, providing assistance in equitable brownfields redevelopment, other program areas, and organizational development.
technical assistance programs: groundwork usa provides technical assistance to local government and community-based organizations in equitable brownfields re-development, community-based urban waters restoration, and environmental justice - advancing strategies based on inclusion, meaningful engagement and collaboration to create healthy, resilient communities.
