Causes: Nonprofit Management
Mission: To benefit rochester general hospital, newark-wayne community hospital, rochester mental health center and rochester general long term care. To accept, hold, invest, reinvest and administer gifts, grants, bequests, contributions, devises, benefits of trusts, endowments and property of any kind, without limitation as to amount or value for the foregoing purposes. To use, disburse or pay the income and/or principal thereof exclusively for the foregoing purposes. To do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain of its members, directors, officers or any other private person.
Programs: Operating real property investments, including medical/office buildings, a parking garage, an adult daycare facility and parcels of land, as well as maintaining financial investments on behalf of affiliates.
