Mission: The mission of the Green Tree Community Health Foundation is to improve the health status of community residents by initiating and supporting activities in response to identified needs in partnership with community resources
Results: A community health advocate, the Green Tree Community Health Foundation is a nonprofit public charity that identifies areas of vulnerability in the communities of Northwest Philadelphia and Eastern Montgomery County and provides funding to organizations whose work addresses these needs. Since its inception, the Foundation has given more than 200 grants to nonprofit health and social service organizations totaling more than $4 million.
