Mission: The greater syracuse association of realtors,inc. (gsar) is a professional realtor association to advance professionalism among the realtor community through education and services to its members.
Programs: Education and continuing education- gsar's educational programs provide instruction to current and prospective real estate professionals, for continuing education to maintain license, ethics training, fair housing sales training, technology training, and to assure the public the competency and integrity of the associations' licensed professionals.
membership social functions- organize and promote outreach programs to its members for the purpose of fostering cooperative business relationships.
member services- gsar is responsible for disseminating information to its members and the public which assists in demonstrating gsar's commitment to its principles and by-laws, and the real estate profession as a whole.
