Programs: The purposes for which the corporation is organized are to solicit, manage, and distribute funds and resources to further the development and welfare of the greater hall county, georgia area through activities which are exclusively charitable, educational or scientific, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954 (or the corresponding provisions of any future united states internal revenue laws). Such purposes may include, but are not restricted, to the aims of advancement and diffusion of knowledge and understanding of economics, matters of public concern, finance, education and training, housing, human relations, science and technology, economic planning and development, etc.
