Causes: Children & Youth
Mission: The center provides a multidisciplinary collaboration of services for the purpose of prevention, intervention,investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse. This effort reduces the potential for additional trauma and promotes recovery for the child, victims, and non-offending family members.
Programs: Grayson county children's advocacy center provided forensic interviews for abused children of grayson county as well as mental health care afterwards. The center also provided education to the community on recognizing and reporting abuse.
