Mission: VOLUNTARY HEALTH AND WELFARE AGENCY WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL EVALUATION, TRAINING, EXTENDED EMPLOYMENT, JOB PLACEMENT AND RELATED VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT.
Programs: Center based employment: paid employment within goodwill's facilities that enables goodwill's workers to develop their maximum vocational potential within a structured and supportive environment. Work is the basis of all services. Center-based work opportunities include clerical, retail, light manufacturing and sorting/pricing of donated household items.
community based employment: paid employment in the local business community that enables goodwill's workers to develop their maximum vocational potential within a structured and supportive environment. Work is the basis of all services. Community-based work opportunities include lawn care, janitorial services, housekeeping, dishwashing, food preparation, etc. Goodwill staff provide ongoing support to workers in the community.
