Programs: Donated goods - goodwill of central iowa's donated goods and retail program supports the mission with the sale of gently used donations. These efforts help to provide skills training and employment services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers. In 2017, goodwill of cnetral iowa was able to support 547 perticipants in securing community employment while aslo keeping 22. 2 million pounds from local landfills
industrial contracts - goodwill of central iowa's industrial contracts generate revenue while providing vocational education, skills development and assisting with future job placement for individuals facing barriers to employment. Training focuses on the fundamentals of supply chain and logistics, assembly, and packaging.
mission services programs - goodwill of central iowa's mission is to improve the quality of life for all individuals by providing skills training and helping people find jobs. Programming offers paid training and free employment services to set individuals with barriers up for success in their journey toward community employment. In 2017, these programs served 4,860 central iowans with disabilities or disadvantages.
