Mission: Builds lives, families and communities by helping people with barriers to employment become successful, supported by innovative enterprises that preserve the earth's resources.
Programs: Cost effective business and industrial operations which recycle, process, and sell used goods providing work, job skills, job training, and work experience for the disabled, disadvantaged and economically challenged; ongoing waste stream diversion with the reduction in societal "throw away" environmental impacts.
serve disadvantaged or those with physical, mental and/or economic barriers to employment through various vocational rehabilitation services, individual evaluation, classroom training, outreach, work experience, job search and on-the-job training with subsidized employment training leading to employment. In 2017, served 9,163 clients.
provided micro-enterprise opportunities to low income individuals and families, provided supplemental income and employment opportunities to those in need, gave work experience to the disadvantaged, increased the collection capabilities of material donations for mission related stores, provided used goods at low cost to the economic disadvantaged while encouraging and supporting reuse and recycling in the local community and surrounding areas.
