Mission: Good world solutions mission is to use data to create safe and respectful workplaces. Our vision is a world where every worker is heard and where worker well-being is integral to business success. Our aim is 1) to give workers a voice through a free and anonymous reporting channel, and 2) to give companies and program managers the real-time, strategic information they need to source responsibly, address community needs, or track the impact of their programs.
Programs: Labor linklabor link is a technology-driven program that improves the lives of disadvantaged and disconnected workers at the base of global supply chains. Labor link reached over 750,000 workers and farmers in 16 countries, including india, china, brazil, and bangladesh. The program leverages inexpensive mobile phone technology, including short message service (sms) and interactive voice response (ivr), to deliver critical information to workers on rights, health, education and financial security. The program also collects anonymous information directly from workers about their working and living conditions. That information, through a cloud-based infrastructure, is made available to multinational companies to inform them about conditions in their supply chains and/or workers' needs and job satisfaction. The platform creates a win-win for workers and for buyers/employers: workers benefit from labor link via increased access to empowering information and the ability to express their opinions confidentially; buyers and employers benefit from greater supply chain transparency, so they are able to identify and address problems early and often, designing interventions specifically targeted at worker needs.

The Fair Wage Guide is currently one of the most important initiatives in the fair trade craft movement. The Guide provides a framework for ensuring the successful growth of the movement, both in terms of increased market penetration and increased social impact per fair trade purchase. The World of Good Development Organization’s efforts are helping ensure that the fair trade craft movement realizes its potential for promoting dignity and making "living wage employment" a reality for an increasing number of artisans throughout the world.
