This is not really a charity at all, just a way for the two board members to pay their mortgage. They run a flop house where they have up to 10 sex offenders crammed into 3 rooms and a living room. They charge them 400 dollars a month and make them use their food stamps to buy food for the house. They are also in violation of local ordinances about clustering sex offenders. Many of the "men" in this program have returned back to prison, so there must be minimal supervision.
