Mission: The GHH process generates positive reciprocal connections between youth (including targeted fragile/underserved youth) and the healthcare community as partners in the well-being of hospitalized children. This connection forms a "virtuous-circle" as youth create Glories hats "filled with happy thoughts!" symbolizing highly-valued peer-support for hospitalized children. Participants in GHH experiential activities recognize hospital appreciation for their role as providers of the psycho-social healing-dimensions in the Glories hats. This recognition stimulates community awareness and supports four areas of socio-economic development: -Health Prevention, Awareness and Literacy-Workforce Readiness/Technology -Environmental Stewardship-Civic Engagement and Prepared Citizenry
