Programs: The global democracy alliance organized the international democrat union (idu) campaign manager's meeting, a seminar for approximately 30 campaign managers and staff from idu member parties. The seminar was held in washington, dc at the madison hotel. The campaign managers meeting is a way for idu member parties to network, exchange views, and learn from distinguished speakers from the united states and abroad. Topics included opinion polling, fundraising,and new social media, among others.
